Final Sale Policy: No Refunds, No Exchanges
This policy covers all purchases made through the Rose Gold eSports website.
1. All Sales Are Final
Rose Gold eSports maintains an All Sales Are Final policy. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any products purchased. Please carefully review your order (size, color, quantity, shipping address, and product type) before completing your transaction.
This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

Physical Merchandise (Apparel, Gear, Accessories)

Digital Goods (e.g., Subscriptions, Digital Downloads, Passes)

Sale, Clearance, or Discounted Items
2. Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Items
The only exception to our Final Sale Policy is for products that are:

Defective: The item is physically broken, materially damaged, or faulty upon arrival.

Incorrect: You received an item that is different from what was stated on your order confirmation (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, wrong design).
If your item falls into one of these categories:

You must notify us within five (5) calendar days of receiving your delivery.

Please email us at Achilles@rosegoldesports.org with your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item, and we will issue a replacement for the same product, if available. A refund will only be issued if a replacement is unavailable.
3. Cancellations
Order cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately. We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel an order after the purchase is complete.
